Volker Horch: In principle, yes. The only requirement is that you have an address where the vehicle can be registered. This can be a property title deed, a rental agreement, or a certificate of registration on the municipal register (empadronamiento). If you do not have Spanish nationality, you will also need a NIE (Número de Identidad de Extranjero).
