14. Certifikát obyvatelnosti nemovitosti („Cédula de habitabilidad”)

Co vlastně znamená certifikát obyvatelnosti nemovitosti?

Volker Horch: Pro napojení nemovitosti na veřejnou infrastrukturu (voda, elektřina a telefon) je nutné předložit certifikát obyvatelnosti nemovitosti (tzv. „Cédula de habitabilidad” ). U domů, které již mají stavební povolení a projekt, je tento dokument obvykle k dispozici, neboť jsou přípojky nutné pro jednotlivé stavební fáze.

Kde je možné tento certifikát obyvatelnosti získat, pokud chybí?

Volker Horch: Certifikát lze žádat na radnici u příslušné obce. U domů, které nemají stavební povolení, je možné získat tento certifikát prostřednictvím dokumentů, které vystaví architekt, resp. stavební dozor (Aparejador). Tento dokument se následně předá na radnici, která zpravidla certifikát vystaví.
